Hotel pickup and drop-off is included with most experiences — you're collected from your lobby and brought back afterwards. For theme parks, shows and a few water-sport activities the ticket is entry only, so transport can be added when you book.

SELVANA is a booking and destination services agency. We help you plan your days, carefully select the local operators we work with, and coordinate the details of your experience.
Tours, transportation and other services are provided by independent local operators, guides and service providers.
Any changes to a reservation must be requested by the original purchaser.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund.
One date or service change may be requested per reservation, subject to availability. Once a reservation has been changed, the revised booking will be subject to the cancellation terms confirmed at the time of the change.
No-shows are non-refundable. Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting or pickup point at the scheduled time are considered a no-show.
SELVANA acts as an intermediary between you and independent service providers, including tour operators, transportation companies, theme parks, car rental companies, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
Each provider is responsible for the operation and delivery of its own services, including applicable safety standards, schedules and service conditions.
Where an issue arises with a third-party service, SELVANA will assist you in communicating with the provider and, where applicable, help coordinate a solution in accordance with the provider's policies and the terms of your reservation.
