Sian Ka'an
Before the Riviera Maya became one of the Caribbean's best-known destinations, there was already a place where nature reigned in absolute freedom: Sian Ka'an. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this extraordinary reserve brings together mangroves, lagoons, jungle and crystal-clear water that shelter a remarkable diversity of wildlife. Sail from Tulum through landscapes that remain virtually untouched, with the chance to spot dolphins, turtles, crocodiles and numerous bird species. The experience continues with snorkelling on the reef and a regional meal in Punta Allen, surrounded by the natural landscape of the reserve. An experience of nature, discovery and calm, in one of the most authentic and wild corners of the Mexican Caribbean. There are places where nature isn't the backdrop; it's the one telling the story.
