Bull Shark Dive — Attraction
A single dive, and the closest a person can reasonably get to a bull shark. At the shark point, twenty-six metres down, the guide draws the animals in with bait and they pass within centimetres — near enough to see the old scars along the flank, the remoras riding under the belly, the small eye that registers you and decides you are not worth the trouble. One dive is enough. It is a great deal to take in, and there is no second dive here precisely because the first one fills the whole day in your head. This is an experienced diver's dive: the depth is real, the animals are wild, and the requirements are not flexible.
Requirements: Advanced Open Water certification, or equivalent, with at least 25 logged dives. The shark point is at 26 metres and the requirement is set by the operator — we cannot make an exception.
Season: November – March
