Cozumel Express — Two-Tank Dive

Cozumel's reefs are the reason the island sits on almost every diver's list — walls that drop away into blue, swim-throughs cut clean through the coral, and a current that carries you along them like a moving walkway while you keep your hands to yourself and watch. This is the version for people who do not want to give up an entire day to get there. A fast boat crosses in about thirty-five minutes. You make one deeper dive and one shallower one, with snacks and a proper surface interval in between, and you are back on the beach in Playa around one in the afternoon with the rest of the day still in front of you.

Requirements: Advanced Open Water is strongly recommended. Cozumel is a drift dive and the current is what makes it wonderful — it rewards divers who are comfortable in it.
